Dr. Ayoola
Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O)

He holds an M.Sc Petroleum Geology degree and a PhD (1978) from Imperial College and University College, London respectively.

Dr. Ayoola served for 35 years in the employment of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and retired as Group Executive Director, Exploration and Production. He was in charge of the supervision and management of government's investments in direct upstream activities of NNPC.

He was the Managing Director of the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Limited which recorded the fastest field production in the world in 2001 under his management (Okono field in OML 119).

He is currently a consultant to the World Bank on Gas Flare Reduction in Nigeria and a number of oil and gas operating companies. Dr. Ayoola is a fellow of the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society and Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists as well as a member of AAPG, COMEG.
